Dickon joined Independence Governance Group (IGG) in 2021 as a Professional Trustee. Before joining IGG, he spent nearly 25 years at PwC, a global consultancy firm, where he gained extensive experience in audit, insolvency, and restructuring. For the last 15 years of his tenure at PwC, he focused on advising trustees on covenant and strategy matters for pension schemes.
At IGG, he brings expertise to the Wincanton scheme, where he is passionate about ensuring that members' benefits are met efficiently and that the board continues to make the best decisions for members - the scheme’s beneficiaries.
