Where you and Wincanton both pay in a set percentage of salary each month to build up a pot that you invest and then use for your retirement. If you have been auto-enrolled, you will be a member of this section.

If you joined before 31 March 2014

Where you receive a monthly pension in retirement that is based on your pay and how long you were in the scheme. You will only be a member of this section if you joined Wincanton before 31 March 2014.
