The Trustee of the Wincanton plc Pension Scheme would like to provide more regular information by email and via the pension website, in an engaging and environmentally responsible way. Therefore, we are offering members the option of paperless communications.

What to do

  • If you would like to receive communications digitally such as your personal benefit statement, please provide your email address by completing and submitting the details below.
  • If you have registered for your secure online pensions account or have already provided your email address to us, we will use your email address to communicate with you in the future, unless you tell us otherwise.
  • If you would prefer to continue to receive paper communications, please let us know by contacting Capita on 0345 122 2032.

Please note that if you do not provide (or have not already provided) us with your latest email address, you may miss out on hearing about some important pensions communications in the future, such as when your annual benefit statement becomes available.


We will use your email address to send you digital communications relating to your membership of the Wincanton plc Pension Scheme (the ‘Scheme’) and other information about the Scheme that you might need to know. The other personal information you provide is used to check that you are a member of the Scheme and to add your email address to your member record.
